The room was elegant and quiet with great view, I had a good rest. Everything was well-maintained, including a very very good and super breakfast choice. All the staff was lovely, tackled my issues.

Ideal place with pleasant stuff and great food. Large breakfast with plenty of meals. Good and fab location, bars and cafés walking distance to the hotel. Found in a good area, walking distance to a cathedral and a church.
Not so good views from the window.

Its location was excellent, just in the downtown of Tromso.
The hotel staff did not seem to us to be well trained at all; sometimes rather rough and sometimes unclear nor inaccurate in their explanations of town etc.

Very nice, clean and peacful, the staff were all friendly and most helpful. Tosi mukava, siisti, ja rauhallinen, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä. Mycket trevligt, snyggt och lugnt hotell, personalen får ett extra plus för hjälpsamhet o vänlighet.
